@jan0356,
that’s great! Here is some info about readiness (I saw you asking a few comments below). I’m not sure if you are only wanting to do purées or if you want to give solids. I highly recommend solid starts

How do you know if your baby is ready to start solids? How do you actually get started? And what are the best first foods to give to your baby?

I would recommend following some feeding therapists on Instagram to receive info from a trusted source to help ease your mind!
Also, make sure baby is showing readiness signs- that is more important than age. Baby should be able to sit upright independently and show interest in eating (when watching you)
Instagram pages I recommend:
Solid starts
My munch bug Melanie Potock
Feeding littles
My little eater

I found the store bought baby food is sooo watery and runny and messy. I personally liked making homemade purrees that were thicker and over time I could blend the purrees less and less to lake am easy transition to table food. I also always did smashed banana, avocado, and sweet potato and never bothered purreeing them since they are already soft. as well as oatmeal, yogurt, dragon fruit are things that are easy to feed with no purreeing needed.
