How do you get someone to like Brussels Sprouts?

I feel like brussels sprouts generally have a pretty bad rap, but let me tell you, I am here to change that! I feel like the absolute KEY to changing someone’s mind when it comes to brussels sprouts is to roast them and season them to perfection! It brings out that sweet, nutty flavor, and that’s exactly what you’ll get with this shaved brussels sprouts recipe!
